How do I learn to forgive my cousin?
She pretty much went behind my back and went totally against that family code every1 follows. Apparently, she was messin with someone I truly used to love. I haven’t spoken to her this whole summer. I have just recently kept in touch with her tonight because I had a heart to and also because she was wondering whatever happened to me..as you can see, she doesn’t know that I know what she has been up to. I have my ways but anywho, I don’t want her out my life. How do I learn to forgive her? Its so hard for me to do so. Even though I do not want her to leave my life, I do not want to hang out with her as much as I used to…idk why. HELP!
Remember that she is only human and we all make mistakes and deserve forgiveness. Let her know that you know what happened and that it upset you, but also let her know that you are willing to forgive her if she wants to be close to you again. No one is perfect.
Totally agrees with Mandyloo….let her know that you know what happened and talk about because if you keep it bottled inside, it’ll eat you up and you’ll just become angrier. Make sure you let her know how she hurt and betrayed you also….good luck
