Lean proteins

What are some lean protein foods? I’m trying to lose a few pounds . . . So if you have any other diet tips I’d love to hear them too :)

^Don’t give any more nutrition advice. Try a diet of broccoli and water and see what happens (if you’re still alive to let us know). The best lean protein sources are skinless chicken breast, turkey, lean (4% or less) ground beef, and whey protein. The only way to lose weight is to put yourself into a negative caloric state ( consuming less then you use). Just take your weight and multiply it by 12 and that is approximately the amount of calories you need to eat to lose a healthy amount of weight. And make sure to stay away from high glycemic carbs (anything with white flour or a lot of sugar) and only take in a few good carbohydrate sources a day (fruit in the morning only, vegetables whenever you want, and brown rice, wheat pasta, and whole wheat bread).
