I have only ever drank and got drunk once so I don't know a whole lot about this. But I drank on an empty stomach ( drank around 7:30pm and last ate at 11am) I had a shot of whiskey, than had a cider, than two smirnoff ices, and a bit of beer. Am I screwed or is there anyway to prevent a hangover. I stopped drinking at 10pm. Not sure if this matters or not but I'm pretty light girl i weight 110.
a hangover is basically dehydration, drink lots of water, take a few Tylenol and you should be feeling better, and for next time dont drink on an empty stomach and try to drink water while you're drinking as well, that should help prevent a hangover from occurring
