Kitty Trouble!

I have a cat and it won’t to to the bathroom in her litter box. My mom won’t let me keep it unless it goes in the right place. HOW CAN I MAKE IT GO IN THE BOX!

Go to vet, make sure its not an infection (a friend had this problem, a week on antibiotics solved the problem) Make sure litter box is clean Make sure you dont use a strong smelling cleaner Make sure litter box is in a place that has very little noise or traffic Have 2 litter boxes: Try having one covered and one uncovered (my cat had issues with a covered box)

Have you changed anything like the litter? Did she used to use the box before? May be a litter problem

Well first you have to clean up the areas she’s gone in really good with specialized pet urine products because if she can smell the scent in the carpet or on the floor, her mind registers it as being okay to go there. And cat urine is strong and stays in carpets for a long time unless you use these products and scrub, scrub, scrub. Second of all, take her to the litter box multiple times a day and set her in there. Do this as many times as possible throughout the day. Also make sure you clean it out during the course of the day if and when she uses it because if it gets too dirty, cats won’t use the litter box. Hope this helps! I have 2 cats of my own and 1 kinda had the same problem.
