what kind of mouthwash is better?

with alcohol or without alcohol? i dont see the difference but what do you think what kind of mouthwash is better.

Answer #1

listerine(idk if i spelled it right)

Answer #2

I like Crest, it isn’t as strong tasting as Listerine, but still gets the job done!

Answer #3

I like act…

Answer #4

I personally dont really like alcohol containing mouth-wash it burns to much and kills all bacteria both good and bad. I stick with alcohol free listerine.

Answer #5

ACT Fluoride rinse is the best for cavity prevention. It has fluoride in it and is most recommended by dentists. Only the ACT “Restoring” mouth rinse contains alcohol (11%). The ACT “Anti-cavity” rinses do not have alcohol. ACT has the maximum amount of fluoride in it without a prescription.

The alcohol is really to combat bad breath germs… if you have a problem with that I suggest getting a tongue scrapper as this is where most bad breath comes from.

Answer #6

There are lots of things you can use for this such as water with a tsp of bicarbonate of soda (Baking soda in US). Why dont you google ‘natural mouthwash’ and find something that suits you. Heres one find; [link removed]
