What kind of salt is healthier?

What kind of salt is better for you, regular table salt or natural salt? Or wich one harms your body more?

Answer #1

Your question is still ambiguous. Any salt in moderation is “healthy” because the body requires a certain amount of sodium in order to function. Any salt in excess is “unhealthy” because an overload of sodium raises blood pressure.

It isn’t the salt itself that is healthy or unhealthy. It’s the use of the salt.

And the get back to your original question, table salt IS “natural” salt, but generally has iodine added to it.

Answer #2

Any kind of salts there is, which is healthyer?

Answer #3

What do you mean by “natural” salt? Sea salt? Rock salt? Kosher salt?
