My butt is too big (at least in my opinion). I need to know what type of exercises will help it too be smaller.
people says squats are really good for both butt and thighs. I have the same problem too. ummm... maybe your actual butt isn't big. maybe try and tone it up a little? sorry, that's all the advice I have for you! but I DO hope that we can BOTH tone hose areas down!
Well if you think they are too big then lose weight and tone up a little. You cannot pin point fat loss though so you'd be losing weight all over your body. Toning up your butt and thighs should help though so I'd suggest running.
maybe this is how your body shape is!! if it is, then you have to accept your body the way it is! cause you can't change your bones, can you??
Im not over weight, my butt and thighs are huge.
