Hey, I am 14, I think 5'1 and 110 lbs, I don't have a really big butt, but one that kind of stands out, I know some people like that, but I really don't. How do I reduce the size of my butt, thighs, and calf without doing a lot of exercise. This is because I don't exercise at All. I know this so unhealthy, but if I do it for a day, I don't feel like doing it the next day. However, I love to dance, my parents don't really, so I don't dance in front of them or when their around. I hate it, because I used to be like REALLY skinny when I was little and I used to, you know, fairly exercise, the energy of a little kid is a lot. I was really healthy then too, and now I am not and I am not REALLY skinny either.
It's not that you are fat or anything... You don't have a problem... The dancing you do is creating muscle on your legs, hips, butt, etc... So there is nothing that you can really change about... Your not fat, that's about average for your age and height... And if dance a lot most of it is muscle... Muscle weighs more than fat...
