My dad says im no good. I want to join softball, but I never really played it before I just play baseball with my brothers and I use to play T-ball for fun. Is there like a thing for beginners? My parents say these girls been playing for years that they are good. But my dad said I am no good and bacically to late to do anything and that I suck! Im 13 years old.
It's never too late to get started. At your age, you may start off badly but, with practice, you can be good at it.
Don't worry about your dad being negative. He might just be trying to protect you, in his own way.

I have basically the same problem!! Except mine is that I want to join a whole bunch of sports, I don't know any of the rules or anything and I'm fifteen. I've always loved sports but never had the oppurtunity to play on a team. I know how you feel!!!
