Is 14-years-old too late to start dance?

Ok. So I’m 14 and kinda want to start dancing. Not sure what kind. I’d want to join a class, but I don’t want to be in it with kids 5 years younger than me. Is it too late to start??? Anywhere I could go for complete beginners at my age.

Haii! heres my idea on the matter ;) you want to try dancing right? but you think it might be a little wierd cause your older? if its your passion, and its something you wanna try… go for it! You might be surprised,… you may not be the only new dancer at 14 too. If you like, get a friend to join you, so you don’t feel lonely… or akward. :)

ok so I know this answer is kinda a bit late sorry. but heres my answer anyway. I started ballet a few months ago and im 13. I ABOSOLUTELY LOVE IT. sure im with 10,11, and 9 year olds but hey. I love it and thats why I do it. also maybe speak to your teacher and ask for private lessons it could help. just to catch you up my teacher did that and I caught me up way faster. now she asks me to demonstrate things to the reast of the class. Honestly go for it

No, it’s never too late.

There are beginners of all ages, 5 years younger and 5 year older then you. Or even more x_x
