Cause I've started doing 200 situps a day.. And I just finished todays but I feel that I want to do more!
But im scared incase I pull my stomach muscles as I have lots of times.. I think its already pulled tbh but it doesnt hurt as much as before.
I find it really fun :)
Is it good to do more?
it fine just know your limit. when get sor thats fluid building up in your muscles thats what makes them sore. just slowley glide into doin more it cud make you sore but it aint bad for you at all
I think that they can be addicting. but I dont think it would be good to do more.
it could b and your probably doing more because you like challenges
