Do I have an exercise addiction?

My dad says I had an exercise addiction. I didn't really believe him until my coach said it. Do I really have it?? Here's my normal exercises... (10) leg lifts with ankle weights (20) dead bugs with ankle weights (10) crunches with ankle weights (10) sit ups with ankle weights (10) half leg lifts with ankle weights (23) crossed leg sit ups with ankle weights (25) right crunches with ankle weights (25) left crunches with ankle weights (100) bicycles with ankle weights (10) push ups with arm weights (10) reverse scissors with ankle weights (15) jump squats (20) reverse lunges with kicks with ankle weights. I do all of those no less than 6 times a day. And I run 2-4 miles a day... I do that on top of my athletics at school. I'm not exaggerating or anything. Even when I'm hurt, I exercise. I can't stop myself. And when I don't exercise for any reason, I feel guilty and not eat or eat very little. Please let me know. I need to know the truth!
