Why is my iPhone 4 not activating?
I have no way to get to the closest telus store. I got a phone there 2 days ago. He said it would take about 24 hours to activate, well its been almost 48 hours. It is a contract phone. I get to go on the internet no problem, but it will not let me send text messages or call. In the corner it always says “no service” when all my other phones were telus and i did get service. pleasee help !
Why don’t you call them and find out?
I did, they said “you have to bring the phone in” I live about an hour away from the closest telus store & have no way of getting there.
take the sim card out and put it back in if that dosent work try resetting the phone by holding the power button and home button at the same time till the screen turns black and so on and it should work
Don’t go to a Telus store, best to make an appointment and go to straight to an Apple store!
