What are indigo children?

What are these kids anyway??? are they some kind of an occult??? one website said that they are so I am really confused right now. if they areent a and occult then waht are they???

well most reaserchers or sites like winkipidia are not all 100% true but Im an indigo child there are also crystal, rainbow and the very unknowen star child that I only found out about 2 or 3 weeks ago but what it is that when we are born with the chakra of a third eye if you are an indigo and there are other for the over types people think of us as the 'new age' but I dont belive all that and what the thrid eye dose is lets you see things like ghosts, demons imphs all them type of creatures and it leavs you with many powers I would carry on but I can`t I know someone will read this and I will get my kind in trouble so message me if you want to know more =) love to all that whant it kayleigh x p.s: also the thing about our aurs being indigo is why we get called it but it is ‘cause are auras are indigo vrom birth untill more emotions come in our life then it startes to change colour on our emotions and on computers some people see the auras coming out of the typeing or name of the typer it is all really amazing stuff and I would love to teach all what is real in OUR world

I asked this question once a while ago, because my friend’s mother called an indigo child. I honestly don’t know that much about what qualifies them (or I suppose, “us”) as an indigo. But I was just curious as to why you were inquiring about them, if you don’t mind me asking.

if you understand auras and the colors, indigo children are said to have an indigo aura or glow about them. (The third eye, heightened sense…)

They are supposed to be the awakened ones and have a clear vision of life and what they want from it, possibly the next level of evolution of humans with telepathy. They describe the goal of indigo children to be a remaking of the world into one lacking war, trash and processed food.

Much of the defining traits of Indigo Children are very vague… much like when you receive a horoscope. (it can apply to everyone)

It’s a bit of ‘new age’ mysticism mumbo-jumbo. Like the rest of it, it’s all completely untested, untestable and generally BS.
