I am a girl am 16 years old and I want to lose weight fast so please help me I weight 250 pound and my goal weight is 120 pound I want to be 120 pound by April or May please help me and be honest

exercise for an hour everyday and it will do a difference it dont matter what but exercise join a gym if you have too and by the way how tall are u? so I can tell you what weight you need to be at because I 120lbs might be a little too little if your tall because I weight 120lbs and im bairly 4’11, and im short, but yeah and eat healthy, avoid junk foods.

one of my friends moms has an Eating Plan its just another fancy word for diet and she says it reallly works,but its hard, and you cant eat sugar. so if you think you go go without eating ANY sugar and want to like start counting your chips you eat, Fun Mail me and ill give you the info on the eating plan.

ALSO a diet that really worked for my mom is drinking a tall glass of water before each meal. it makes you somehat full, and over a few weeks it actually shrinks your stomach.

the ONLY healthy way to loose weight is with healthy eating and regular exerscise diest dont work starving yourself doesnt work these things will just make you gain all the weight back, and then some and f*ck up your health if your not willing to put in the effort your not going to see any permanent results so start eating healthily work on cutting out soda drinks and junk food and start doing some regular exerscise
