I want to lose 5 pounds in spring break...

but once its over I dont want to gain the weight back. any sugeestions?

run for an hour everyday and eat only fruits and vegetables, and thats it so you can lose weight and you will, probably even more weight

if you get bored, do what I do. I do soundtrippin’ while pole dancin’, or for men, boxing or men workout stuff like barbell (gym workout activities) or even sports activities like basketball etc.. I soo love basketball, and I maintain my figure for playing the game I love!Ü

ok, my exercise is that 4 or 5 days a week I would run on my stairs 63 times. I have 16 steps. all the way up and down counts as one time. but the problem is , what can I do to keep that weight off untill after spring break?
