I want to eat better...

I am constantly on working, and when I am not “on the go” I am at home so exhausted I literally I come home get in bed. However I dont fall asleep until 1 in the morning..even when I have to wake up at 5:30 and work 10 hours. I generally eat 1 maybe 2 times a day…and when I eat, I dont eat much..and normally its some kind of fast food…now I want to change eating habits for a few different reasons.. I know eating better will give me more energy, and I will start to sleep better…hopefully :) but I always find eating healthy to be very difficult, and so expensive.

Does anyone have any Quick, Easy Cheap Healthy meals and snacks to share :)

Breads, fruits, veggies (like carrots and celery), cheese…these are easy to just grab and go as you leave the house, and are much healthier than fast food. If you must eat fast food, there are still some decent choices out there:

  • subway (without chips or a soda)
  • terriyaki bowls from Jack in the Box (without soda)
  • grilled chicken sandwiches with mustard instead of mayo or other fatty sauces

Drink unsweetened ice tea or water when you eat out.
