Multi-grain cheerio's add banana fruit yogurt - look at label! Go for something with low sugar. I personally like Activa eggs whole wheat bread, bagels, waffels ( sugar free syrup or pb) protein drinks/bars Healthy Choice steamers baked chicken lean meats veggies Sun Chips H2O tuna w/ wheat crackers
Look at LABELS. calories, fat, protein, carbs, sugar, serving sizes
You want low sugar
Never do white bread
eat what you want, dont cut out anything.. I know that sounds really unrealistic but it helped me (read the book "I Can Make You Thin" by paul mckenna) its makes loads of sense and you can watever you want! he accually advises you to throw away everything in your fridge that doesnt appeal to you =] unless you accually like lowfat stuff.. so I suggest you read it, unless you want to be on a stressful diet and constanly thinking and dreading every meal. good luck
