What could I do to make my thighs thinner?

mean like wayyy thinner, I am a size 3 and I want to be a size 1 or 2, and I dont want to hear anyone say, thats a great size you should be happy. im just trying to do this so please help me.tell me what to do[exercise] and for how long a day, my diet is already healthy, I never eat junk food and I drink eight cups of water, I eat 4 to 6 small meals a day.I just need to know what exercise would work for me and for how long a day, and I know the timming cant be accurate of when I have lost the weight, but could you please estimate? and I dont want my fat to turm into muscles, I just want my thighs to be thinner. First of all, good for you for drinking so much water and eating well. That’s a really good start. I suggest running for an hour everyday. You will burn off a lot of calories this way. Do some push-ups and sit ups too and minor weight lifting. The more muscle you have, the more you burn when you aren’t doing anything. If you do minor weight lifting (light weights but a lot of repetition) and exercises with your own body weight you will gain muscle but not bulk and you will be toned. Drink green tea once a day because it can help boost your metabolism a little bit. I think you should be all set but give it some time. You aren’t going to become a size 0 in a week. Good luck!
