How to get thinner thighs or just thinner everything?

Tell me me what doesnt work and what does.I dont what to build a lot of muscle just want thin. Im 5’’5 1/2, weigh 135 or 140

Okay, I know this sounds wierd but 1st rub pickle juice all over your body, let it dry then but whip cream on your belly button. And finally go run. (First take the whip cream off) But leave the pickle juice on.
