I want to adoption or have full custody of a child

Yeah, I did change the question cause I wanted to do a search for teens that didnt want their baby, I was actually trying to adopted without going thru a adoption agency cause I cant afford it and I want a baby to raise as my own. For the mommy not to abort but to give me custody or permanent Guardianship of her child with some reinburstment by living with me or payments for her needs. I do not believe in abortion. Thank you for any advise you can give me and so, so Sorry for the confusion. Robin

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

Well, I tend to disagree, for the most part, with Sooitca. I don’t think it hurts to let pregnant teens know there are other options even some that actually can be beneficial to both mother and child. I disagree, too, with the comment about it being a stranger. The only difference with an adoption agency is that the “stranger” has been qualified a little regarding background, family and financial stability.

However, in my personal opinion, I would suggest that you consider consulting with California’s child welfare agency and look into Foster Parenting. You might be able to care for one or more children and the state would even help you with some of the expenses.

The only drawback is that you might end up becoming a revolving door for foster children which becomes a little painful when you have to part with one. However, you would have the satisfaction of knowing that you were helping children during their time of need.

to be honest, I think that using a advice site as a means to search for an unwanted baby is completely unethical, not to mentions inappropriate.

you are basically asking a girl in a delicate state emotionally to consider giving her baby away, thus providing a quick solution.

I am very sorry that you have problems with your fertility, but girls who are pregnant and don’t know what to do shouldn’t be approached by a complete stranger…

just imagine for one moment, that your daughter has read some random message with someone offering to have her baby? you wouldn’t be impressed, would you?

personally, I suggest you look into fostering, it shouldn’t cost you anyting at all, and you would be giving a home to children and are really unwanted / parents that can’t cope, or who are abused…

this isn’t a ‘can you tell me where I could adopt a unwanted child?’ this is a ‘can I, basically, have your child?’

and no matter what age I was, I coulnd’t imagine handing a baby over once I gave birth to it, there are girls that can / do, and I admire they’re courage at helping parents who really need / want a child, but, I don’t know. I’m not Juno, I couldn’t do it…

I actually am seeking the same information as Angelslove. I’ve been searching online for pregnant teens who would consider adoption. I want it to be an open relationship though. I am infertile and cannot afford to pay an adoption agency. I also dont want to be a foster parent b/c they never have small babies. I do not want an older child who has already been emotionally, physically, sexually or mentally abused. PLUS the process to become a foster parent is tooo tedious. The want you to go thru all these classes, etc. I already have a daughter who is 11 so I dont need parenting classes. If anyone knows how I can possibly reach out to pregnant teens, please email me @ aa_edickens@yahoo.com
