I wanna be a little bit fat

my weight now is 40 kg and I want it to be about 43 kg and I cant..it just going to be lesser and sometime I can go to 38 kg.my height is 158.

Sure, a little curvage is cute, but don’t strive to be something you’re just not meant to be. Everybody is unique and you should embrace that instead of fighting it. If you really want to gain weight, add 500 calories onto your normal daily consumption. For example, if you now eat , say 2000cals per day, increase that to 2500. Don’t do more than that, because then you’ll gain weight to fast for your body to adjust. You shouls still work out to keep your heart healthy and all, but do it minimally. And don’t worryif this doesn’t work, you’ll gain weight as you get older, then you’ll be asking the opposite of this question. Peace.
