I think im having contractions!

I been having contractions for a number of days now but it mild ones so I can still do stuff but the baby is 3 months early will it be still birth?or ill? my husband is at work and I think im going in to labour and his phone is switched off am worried im going to have the baby on my own with him im in the pool at the moment in the kitchen an my boobs and back and vigana is very sore does it mean im in labour?

If your contractions are four to five minutes apart and consistant for a while. Call 911, they will help you get to the hospital and can deliver if need be. All the best to your brand new baby!.. and stay away from the pool.

Your in the pool in the kitchen? Do what?

Anyways… You need to time the contractions and see how close they are. If they are less an 5 mintues apart, call a cab and ge to a hospital. They could just be braxton hicks contractions though, try laying on your left side, see if they stop. Are they irregular, not coming at a certain time, say 10 mintutes apart, etc. That could mean they are just braxton hicks. Do you have a neighboor that you could use their phone to call a doctor. How do you have internet access and no phone and your pregnant! Find a way to get in touch with someone.

Nooo, relax they are just Braxton hicks, you know when you are in labour when they are 5 minutes apart & you cant even talk or move,

these are just preparing you for labour, if however you get pains & they are causing you discomfort & stops you from doing things you used too then you will need to see the Dr & I suggest you get a landline on please, & also stop scaring yourself with thoughts about still birth, your baby is going to be fine, try learn & relax & keep your faith strong!!
