I think I am going insane ='[

okay well I just got a project for child development I have a mechanical baby it cries all the time. right when it was turned on it was crying, and it was crying through that halls and it made me late for the bus so I missed it so it stopped crying and I went outside because my momwas picking me up and it was so cold and my baby started crying again and it ddint stop forever and it was quiet for 15 min but it started crying again

and I am about to have a panic attack or go insane I have anxiety already and I ran out of medicine and I have this friikin baby that doesnt stop crying and there is this other situation that is even worse

but I will tell that story because it is pretty intresting

this guy likes me a lot but I dont like him, and he asked me out 2 weeks ago and is expectiong an answer but then there is another guy who likes me and I like him and he saked me out and I want to say yes. but my friends keep telling me to say no and it is really upsetting becaus I dont know what to do beccause both are expecting an answer

I CANNOT CALM DOWN I am so on edge and angry and upset arg.

what do I do to calm down!!!
