I need to loose 10-20lb. In a month.

So my birthday is on spring break and the first day of spring break is April 3rd. So I have untill then to loose 10-20 or more lbs. I am 5'2 and I believe I weigh 183 right now. I am starting my diet tomorrow but I was wanting some ideas, or any good advice or diet that I can use to help me loose this weight, I desperately need to loose it. Because my boyfriend is also coming home on spring break, and I want to look good for him. So somebody please help. Thank you, Mal
