Ok so I'm trying to lose like 10 pounds and I am trying everything! people say that I'm over reacting but I disagree. all I'm asking is I need some exercise ideas and advice of whats a good nutrition diet. can someone please give me ideas? please! Oh and by the way, I really enjoy dancing, biking, walking, and thats kinda it :\ so I do-no what I should do?
walking is the best exercise for weight loss, fresh fruit ,salads, fish,(steamed, rather than fried) red meat 2x a week, chicken (no skin) vegies, whole meal/multi grain bread, yogurt instead of ice cream on deserts,allow yourself a little treat eg ,chocolate now and then.no take away,except now and then as a treat.keep up your dancing etc. and make sure you get a good balance of nuticious food, rest/sleep and play.good luck.
Do HIIT cycling or running, it's the best way to achieve weightloss. Also, eight six meals a day and plenty of protein. Don't eat anything high on sugar. While you should go easy on the carbs, don't avoid them completely. Also, try not to get your carbs from bread.
