How to control my sadness and temper?

okay I wanted advice because I’m always sad well I read them I presiated them but now I’m temper is getting out of control sometimes when I’m sad I throw things around my room I’m going to be 17 next month I can’t go on like this when I’m 18 then I could get in trouble sometimes I feel like killing people (in my head) and I’m trying to make friends people don’t want friends like me in the way I act

I know how that is my anger is pointed at the cops when I see one I go like crazy but one thing that helps me is to take a deep breath and and think of a good dance song to help me feel better or just think of somthing funny but some times you need to just go out side and screem as loud as you can and when your done you should feel a lot better

I dont recomend therapy, or “profesional” help. talk to someone you KNOW that you can trust. it is just to wwierd to talk to someone you dont know, in person I mean. I recomend a site (just a recomendation, its really freaky and goth) vampirefreaks. a lot of people, a lot of probs, a lot of advice. or just find some chat, make up anonther “you” and that should help.

WARNING!!! be REALLY careful with what you tell anyone anywhere, even in person.

Hi there,

This sounds like it needs to be attended to by a professional. I don’t know how much help people here can be except to be supportive of you. How is your home life? Are your parents fighting? Is there something that happened to you to make you angry? I’m thinking you should ask to speak to your school counselor and see if he or she can help you. well, I think maybe you should find something you like to do. Something to calm your nerves. Like painting, writing, take a walk, or a run. Keep a journal, write about what upsets you. you can talk to a counselor there’s no shame in that.
