How can I control my temper?

I need help controlling my temper.

Here are some things you can do:

Count to ten (as many times as you need to until you are calm again!)
Remove yourself from the situation that is upsetting you
Remember, you can start your day over at any time
Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as “relax,” “take it easy.” while breathing deeply.
Imagine something peaceful (a place, a memory, etc.)
Yoga exercises
Communicate with people more effectively, misunderstandings start conflicts all the time

You need to change the way you view the obstacles and problems in your life and realize that they don’t always have a solution and do the best you can to deal with and handle the situation in a positive way! If you need more, let me know!

Cry. Eat. Clench your fists together, really tight. close your eyes and make it go away.

Take up a soft martial art, Aikido works good, TaiChi as well.

When you start getting this way you can think of positive things that make you smile or calm down. Example: A steady river alongside a beautiful patch of green land. Birds chirping in the morning sunlight. Sunrise in orange hues. Go outside and take some fresh air. Even if it takes a long time. Hope this helps, Mama K

You may need to have your blood pressure checked , this can cause you to act out with uncontrollable out burst .Also seek therapy and find out what may be causing your actions
