How far along is my cocker spaniel?

I am not sure how far along she is but she has very enlarged nipples and her tits are full. and she is panting very heavy any ideas as to how far along she is???

panting is an early sign of labor. If you can take her temp do it. A dogs normal temp is 100.5 - 102.5. when she is about 0-12 hrs away from being in labor it will drop to around 98.5. you can take it rectally or in the crease under the hind leg. If you do it under the leg add 1 degree to the temp it gives you.
