I have been finding discharge in my knickers for over one year now

I have been finding discharge in my knickers for over one year now and I still haven’t started my period. Is this natural??? Will I just never start??? Also some people say that you should get some breast buds before you start and I haven’t got them. Am I never going to start my period??? btw I am 13.

Stop the rush! You’re normal. Periods are horrible anyways. Believe me. If you still haven’t started by 16+ then go see the doctor. But at the moment you are healthy.

I’m 13 too and had this kind of problem, I started around a month before my birthday. But every girls different so don’t worry you will start soon. You are completely normal. I was keen to start soon but when you have you will wish you didn’t if that made sense :L Hope this help =]xx

Yes I started to get this discharge way before my period. It’s a natural discharge produced to clean your vagina and will go on throughtout your life unfortunately. And yes of course you will start your period! Some people get different pre-period symptoms, some people get none at all. These symptoms could include sore breasts, nausea, cramps and mood swings and can continue through your period or occur afterwards. Look you are still 13! You only need to start worrying if you haven’t gotten your period by the age of 15/16. Please stop worrying hunny! x
