I have a serious sleeping problem

Ok. I have a sleeping problem and I’ve got it bad. I go to sleep @ like 12-2 am and I’ve tried going to sleep earlier but I cant sleep and some part of me just doesnt feel like going to bed earlier.

its almost summer but I really want to know how I can fix my problem? My friends have started to think im stayng up late in bed with my boyfriend!!

That isn’t necessarily a sleeping problem. In my case I have trouble sleeping until about 4:00am, lol. Each person’s body is different and yours just so happens to be accustomed to sleeping later. You could alter this in various ways, but you shouldn’t if your sleeping patterns are not in any way standing in the way of your obligations. What time do you normally get up? If you normally wake up at 8:30 or earlier, then yes this could become problematic. If not, you should be fine sleeping at those hours :).

Just try to aim to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep. You could always consult a general practitioner if this is a big concern for you.

ha whoa. I have the SAME problem. like I try to go to sleep at like 11 and I dont fall asleep till 3 and then I wake up at like 530. im always tired. and well I talked to my friends, who has the same problem, and she says hers is sleep insomnia. which I don’t know if thats what I have or not. I don’t know but it sux. and we should prob both get ourselves to the doctors.

you could always gert some sleeping pills to help you out, I have the same problem but I stay awake usually till about 4am and get up at 7 no mater how tired I am I cant go to sleep until I completley pass out. try that lusesta or if your to young try ssomething over the counter
