Do you have cramps? How do you get rid of them?

I know how you feel, I have really bad cramps and I have started using new tablets for my periods they are called feminax and its for the relief of period pains and mensturual cramps. They have helped mine a lot, and they work very well, you can buy them from boots =) go for them x

Tums wont help, it’s for your stomach… Try taking a shower, that should stop the bleeding for a bit Try the hot water bottle thing/heat pad Take midol (or if you dont have that try ibuprofen or tylenol) - premptive is better than cure so try and take before cramps get bad

yess, excersize does really help.

also, eating bananas does too!

go running (it really helps)

I always use motrin that really helps me and I have it now and I also go running a lot when I have it beacuse it gets rid of the cramps sometimes

take a hot bath it really realy helps if you dont want to take pills and stuff like that

as much as you reaalllyyy dont want to, excersize helps a lot! and I went to my doctor and she gave me a perscription for mine cause I had really bad ones, but the more you excersize, the better the cramps are and you can barley feel them :)
