I don't have time to exercise

I work a lot and I would really like to lose weight. I have no problem following a diet its just hard to get exercise in my busy schedule. can anyone give me some advice?

there are a lot of exercices you can do while working… my friend used to do exercises inspite of her busy schedule at work… the work tables and chairs may also help you exercise… try to ask some gym instructors if they can teach you some good moves and do it while workin on a not-so-busy day…

drink lots of water, anjog like 5 minutes in place once or twice a day, and don’t snack!!!
