I am 5'3 150.My friend is getting married june 30th and I want to lose 15-20 bls by then to look goodin the dress. How can I do it ?
Well long tine agao i went on a juice diet and lost 15 pounds i don't know how will it work for you. The first couple of days where really hard i felt moody and hungry, but after that past i just got this burst of engery and was cleaning things and picking up things. I did like apple juice and water. I did it for 7 days i think
