what is the fastest way to lose at lease 15-20 lbs. in 3 months? I really want to lose some weight!
in that 3 months work out daily, only eat fruit and vegetables through out the day and for dinner have light foods! for a snack- natural yogurt, nuts (not salted) rice cakes!
Work out daily... work up a routine start with 30minutes then as the weeks go on add time on and more advanced moves

lower your intake on calories I would eat bout 1500 cals. and def work out I have lost almost 10 lbs since nov
Exercise, exercise, excerise...and leave the sweets alone
You can loose that much in a week... Or less...
