pain in the lower back could possibly be referred pain from some other condition- just by the fact that the ibuprofen and the heating pad did not alleviate your symptoms leads me to suspect a serious injury or pain from some other condition.

best thing to do is get to the doctor and get checked out.

im having my mom take me to the hospital now even though it’s 10:30 at night here, but thanks for trying to helpp.

I have Scoliosis in my lowerback I was diagnosed three years ago when I fell from a highjump mat… Things you can do is rest… Go for physiotheraphy and get some core strenghtening exercises, when sitting make sure you dont cross your legs or lie on your lowerback. Also if the pain is unbearable sleep with a pillow under your knees or between your legs. Believe me Even if its something minor getting old habbits out is still a good thing to relief any other pain… You dont want What Ive got its really bad and sometimes the pain becomes really really unbearable.

oh and dont use heat packs on your back… its actually worsens the back pain…
