Stabbing Back Pain Help

I had a UTI in july with a kidney infection that I was treated for. I had intense back pain afterwards- so much so that it was paralyzing but only in short bursts. It disappeared for 4 months and now it’s back.

It is intense, short, and relatively frequent.
I’m a 21 year old female, in shape and active. Should I seek medical care and if so, from what type of Dr.?

Yes seek help ASAP. Your body’s warning signal is pain, or any other sensation that is not normal for you. Do not wait.
