how to tell your parents that your dating your 2nd cousin?

I am dating my 2nd cousin on my dad’s side, she is from another country and we meet up in America. we spent a lot of time talking to each other before she came to America, once she got here we were drinking and hooked up one night, and then continued to sleep with one another. Now she is back home trying to come back to America and were still dating it’s been about 6 months

Dude I don’t think I would ever put myself in ur place. Maybe u should just not talk abt it and ur mom n dad will just put it together 1 day and it will be gentle but if u really want to tell them then just do it. Tell them u r dating her. Do u think they r really gonna care alot?

Before any other comes into play and creates misunderstandings taking advantage of your relationship you both should accept and tell it to your parents by yourself. It would be hard for you both to tell and convince your own parents, so you should convince and talk to each other’s parents as that might be little easier. But do that only if you are really serious and want to marry each other. As then they would also understand and respect your feelings. Moreover it would be easier for them as well to get you married in acquaintances rather than blindly searching a match for both of you. But for now take and spend some time with each other and see how far you can carry your relationship before bringing your parents or anyone in picture.
