How to stop stressing out

I am very pessimistic by nature and often find myself stressed out about different things, such as over relationships, finding a job or academics. I often find myself stressing out over an imagined fear such as imagining that my boyfriend would wake up the next morning and suddenly decide not to like me anymore. I don’t know why I am this way and it is driving myself and people around me crazy. I really want to stop thinking this way and have a change of mindset, but it seems impossible. Please help!

A really good way to de-stress your self is to go to the gym

workout for and hour and when you are next in a situation where you might get stressed… you will start to realise that you dont have then energy to argue or get stressy.. it will help you become more laid-back
