ok so I really need to learn how to lose fat on your thighs and your stomache. plzz helpp!!!
u can do ab work... to loos weight in the stomach. I accidently built my abs out so my stomach looks bigger. make sure when you do the cruches suck your tummy in. and for the thighs you could run to tone them up. (it works for me). but you gotta do it every day. I was in cross country so I got toned legs which looks good. or you could just do thigh toning exercises
stomache- push up jogging/running (which is good for both) dance(u no )
thighs- running/jogging (agian) strechs
I guess the best one is to RUNNN!!!

You're only 15 so basic running/jogging a few times a week should do a lot of good. If you're older though you should try ab-specific exercises.
