How can I lose weight in my thighs, breasts and stomach?

First of all, I need to know what my normal weight is. I am about 5’3 and I weight 147 lbs. I am VERY active, I play soccer, tennis, I surf, and I do cross country for my school. I want to loose maybe 15-20 pounds. I want to loose weight in my thighs, breast, and stomach. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS.

Unfortunately, you can’t choose exactly where you lose FAT. You can tone to build muscle and firm up the areas you’d like, but it sounds as though you’re already pretty athletic and have a lot of muscle. You can look up exercises to tone these areas in magazines and health websites, and do cardio each week- if you’re as active as you say, you’re probably in pretty good shape.
