You cannot pinpoint fat loss...period...you can tighten up an area to look like it lost fat but fat loss happens throughout the body. Do cardio 3-5x a week and make it last about an hour and the harder the better. If you just do it comfortably then your body will barely lose anything at all. Substitute veggie snacks instead of twinkies or junk food.
