How to loose a pudgy stomach in 2 months before summer?

I wanna look good Since I have stretch marks They either go or the pudgy stomach… So how I can I loose it? What to eat? How long to exercise Im 16

As for the stretch marks I’ve heard that 100% coca butter is excellent for minimizing the appearance of the scars, and almost make them unnoticable over time of using it. It’s best to exfoliate your skin first before applying the coca butter to remove dead skin for the coca butter to moisturize deeper, but it’s not nessecary if you don’t have exfoliation scrub. Just apply the Coca Butter to the stretch marks after you shower in the morning and before you sleep. You should see results in time.

easy… dont eat. thats the only way. burn more cals than you eat and you will lose weight. as simple as that. the hard part is steppin away from the bag of chips.

To reduce the appearance of stretch marks massage cocoa butter on your skin twice a day. To burn fat do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day. Do pilates to tone up. Good luck
