how to increase my breast size..im 19 yr old.my breast size is 30
I wouldn't reccomend getting surgery as believe it or not your breasts are still growing. It expensive and can go really wrong.
Like the other girl said padded bras/gel bras to make a hell of a differnce

There are a number of herbal supplements that can help over a VERY long time. They are safe though, if used as such. Fennel seeds and even barley to name a couple. Try massaging them, if you stimulate a little blood flow they stay perky, at least.

Try wearing a push-up bra and/or padded bra if you're not happy with them, as other than invasive surgery, your breast size will mostly be determined by your genetics.
