how can I train myself to have a better posture???
This may sound weird but it is the only way to describe it. I forget where I read it many years ago. Pretend you have a string tied to each ear and the strings go up to the ceiling or moon or wherever. As you walk or when you are sitting, try to imagine that you are trying to keep as much tension off of those strings as possible. In other words, you are trying to be as tall as you can at all times, without standing or walking on your toes. Don't be to quick to dismiss this. Try it for 5 minutes and see for yourself.
When You are sitting On a chair or walking Stand up straight and put your shoulders back a bit. Preety simple But I used to have the same problem Hope this helped bye xx
