How to get skinner around the waist and thighs.?

I am 14 turning 15 and I weigh about 110 I am skinner on the upper body as I have been told but I feel like my legs are big. I do play soccer but I got injured and havent played this who year I’ve just started recently to start running on the tredmill and trying to get skinner on the legs but I dont know how to other then that. Any advise.?

try doing leg lifts. if you dont know wht they are, all you do is put your hands face down under your bum and raise your legs up and down, without touching your feet to the floor. it stretches all your leg and improves control :)
