How to get a flat stomaach ?

Help ! Well basically,.. Im very picky on what I eat and dont like most veg and fruit like my cousin. And I havent exsactly got a flat tummy, I get embarresed in p.e cause everyone else has a flat tummy. So I just need a bit of advice on how to get a flat tummy. Please help as im very picky.

Eat only breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have no in between snacks. Use low fat food and drinks and skim milk, and stuff like that or stuff with reduced fat. I recommend celery because I heard (I’m no so sure if it’s true) that it takes off more calories to chew it then it really has in it! :) Also, if you want, run or walk a mile every night, and make it two miles after a month or so!

If you have no structural problems “bicycle” in bed lying on your back, slowly raise and let fall your stretched out legs,and do knee-bends, do not strain your heart.

Drink plenty of water, and try doing yoga to calm yourself, that way you can have a little bit more confidence in the harder exercises. (Yoga can help loose weight too) Grab a seventeen magazine and check out the workouts they have. They are amazing, and have great food choices to help keep to weight at a number that you want to stay at. I hope this helps, it does for me!!
