How to gain 20 pounds in 2-3 months?

I’m really skinny, and I hate it!! I really want to be a little “fatter” I wanna have bigger legs, bigger arms and bigger butt. I know it sounds weird, but I’ve been skinny all my life and people always notice it and comment on it. It’s really embarrassing. I swear I would do anything to become fatter. Or thicker, whatever you wanna call it. Just help please!

3500 calories is one pound, and I know that you can make 2000 calorie shakes at home using ingredients like milk, eggs, oatmeal, banana and some other things.

Then I would try making some yummy brownies with a bunch of sugary frosting on the top and eat a couple a day :)

If you eat 3500 calories more than you usually eat per day, you could potentially gain 90 pounds in 3 months! (I would not recommend gaining THAT much! )

hey, I now how it feels but you really hafto be carfel. beceuse when you start its hard to stop. what you can do if check if you eat annof calories thats a start
