how do I lose 20-25 pounds in a month or 2

I am 17 and 5’6 and 154 pounds, I spend the summer at camp eating only carbs basically and now am the heaviest ever, I need to lose 20 pounds minimum by christmas! Help!

There is no quick way, but you need to think differently about how you eat. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet by increasing the fruit and veges, decrease animal fat and sweets, use complex carbohydrates such as whole grain breads and pastas. Excercise…eat a healthy breakfast, do not skip this step!!! Do not drink your calories, a large glass of OJ has as much calories as an egg, toast, apiece of fruit and a glass of low fat milk! Eat slowly, take your time. It takes approx 20min after you eat for your brain to register your intake. If you need to snack, carrots, celery, apples, grapes, or 2 oz cheeze and 4 whole grain crackers, drink water approx 1/2 before eating. Enjoy food, do not over eat, avoid alcohol as this has plenty of empty calories.

heres my advice, eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and for supper have what you want. as you do all that, excercise as much as you can. go jogging after breakfast. do some sit-ups to help those abs and lift some weights. becaus ei say eat a big breakfast is because its the most important meal of the day! but like I said, try to go jogging as much as you can each day, and do a few sit-ups before or after jogging. this is a good way to lose those pounds.if it doesnt work and you lose no pounds after a week, contact me and I will give you more ideas.

stick a candy bar on a Pol put pol on your head sticking strate out then start running and try to get the candy bar and by the time you get the candy bar you wont be fat yo

I lost 50 lbs in 6 months on the Miller Lite diet(seriously). I finally went to AA and quit drinking, but drinking lots of beer, light exercising, and not eating(like at all) is a sure way to lose weight.

If you want a safer diet, try the South Beach diet. It worked for me for awhile, think I lost about…30 lbs in 3 months? Gained it all back when I quit the diet though.
