I don't know what it is, I get angree and the worst in me comes out, I take it out on the wroung people, and say things I don't need. =/

I have an anger problem. Simply put, Im an
`angerholic". I got this way from a fairly emotional abusive childhood. But I have seen a few advisors, ministers and counselors who helped me obtain the right answers. I would suggest finding a good friend to talk to when you're mad. Someone you can call on a cellphone at midnight when your angry, and just talk about it for a little while.
As to why your angry, it sounds like you hold it in. DO NOT HOLD IT IN! If someone says/does something that bothers you, don't keep it to yourself. I'm not saying you should complain about everything that bothers you, but if you find yourself lashing out, its quite often because of bottling up other emotions. The good people in your life start getting all your unwanted emotions... not fun, right?
When you find yourself mad enough to start coming up with reasons to be mad...that's when you gotta stop and think about why you're mad. I found that when something starts annoying me, and I only get myself more mad by myself not doing it. If you find yourself past the point where you can't choke it down, walk away, flush the toilet ten times, do as many pushups as you can till you fall down... and best of all, laugh! I found my friends tried to make me laugh when I was upset, and that worked wonders. Everyone is different, though.. I hope it doesn't continue to being a problem. God bless. :)
Get a match or lighter, and just look the flame for a minute or two... It stops me from breaking something or slugging someone in the face. This is just temporary so you don't do any damage, go to your local gym and beat it out on the sand bag.
P.S. best to do this when you're alone.
yeah you can stop it like when you get mad remeber not to say nothing just think it dont talk at all and than nothing will come out just control yourself
what I do is just screen into a pillow until im outta breath. then as im catching my breath I dont feel as angry anymore
I just go in my room and blast some music or put on my headphone and listen to my mp3 on the porch.
lock yourself in a room and bang oyur head on the wall. lol
